Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relay

Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relay is a three phase SSR having four different inputs i.e. 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, 0-5VDC and potentiometer and output 24-480 VAC rms. It is a 3Ø phase angle power regulator with 6 SCR for Star and 3 SCR, 3 diodes for Delta phase angle control. Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relay linearly controls RMS load voltage with respect to control signal. This model is offered with current rating from 50 to 90 amps. It is beneficial for fast responding loads, transformer coupled loads and non-linear loads.

Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relays are interchanging devices containing electronic components. The term “Solid state” refers to the fact that these relays do not integrate any moving parts in the load switching circuit. When applied appropriately, solid state relays will last many cycles due to the fact that no mechanical devices are involved in the load switching circuit. The operator will experience no arcing glitches and operation will be stress free, even in contaminated environments (dust, gasses, etc.)

Additionally, Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relay increases the working speed thereby providing the chance of selecting zero or phase angle switching. The frequency range of Digital Analog Three Phase Solid State Relay is 50/60 Hz. A solid state relay is the answer when the system designer needs to switch loads quickly as in all types of temperature control applications.
