A PV array is a plane construction like a window, fabricated with technology that permits it to passively harvest the heat of the sun or produce electricity from its energy through photovoltaics. In other words, a PV array is essentially a collection of solar (or photovoltaic) cells that can be used to produce electricity through photovoltaic effect. These cells are organised in a grid-like pattern on the surface of PV arrays. PV arrays are used to increase a building’s electricity or deliver power at distant localities. The capacity to use a very low power signal as the input of the Opto-isolator and equally turn that signal into a very large output signal is the ultimate purpose of a SOLID STATE RELAY. This allows the PV arrays to convert the solar energy into electricity.
